The ceremony and the reception will be at Trudder Lodge. Once you arrive, you won't need to go anywhere else as we'll be there from start to finish!
Exact timing on the day will be included in the invitation you will receive nearer the time, but we imagine the fun will start around 2pm.
We will have the house for the whole weekend so we are already planning some more informal gatherings and activities. It is entirely up to you whether you join us for these, but please let us know as soon as possible if you would be interested in a round of golf on Friday 18 April (you will need your own clubs and shoes) and/or a Wicklow hike on Sunday 20 April.
Our wedding is over Easter weekend so if you are travelling from the UK we recommend that you book your flights and accommodation as soon as possible. When you know your details, it would be great if you could let us know when and how you are arriving, and where you will stay.
For people like Jo (pescetarians/veggies/fussy eaters) we would appreciate if you could let us know if you have any specific dietary requirements so we can ensure a delicious meal that accommodates your dietary needs.
Parents (not our parents... friends of ours who have children)
We want the day to be child friendly. So for our friends who are also parents, we’re leaving the decision about bringing your children to you. If you decide to bring them along then great, we'd love to see them and we're sure there will be quite a few little people running around. We will designate rooms in the house for afternoon naps, changing, etc. However, if you want a day off for some parental-responsibility-free fun then that's great too.
The main evening entertainment will start around 8pm (tbc) so parents with children may want to consider a babysitting service from then onwards. Please let us know if you are planning to bring your children as if the numbers work, we can look into a group babysitting facility at the house or elsewhere.
